Add support of Kazakh language for Spotify

Hey! I am suggesting to support Spotify in Kazakh language.

Spotify is available in Kazakhstan and many people in Kazakhstan love to use Spotify to listen to music and some parts are already localized in Kazakh (like charts). 

So I think it would be a great addition to have Spotify app in Kazakh.

Hope this request would be considered for implementation.

Dear Spotify team, we need a support of our language.

Spotify is the ONLY music service (of the big ones)
that isn't available in our Language. (Kazakh)
Guys, if you make the app available in Kazakh you'l
have a boom of installations and many free
marketing news in all Kazakh language digital news,
plus you get the simpathy of all Kazakh speakers
who will finally have the option to use Spotify in
their own language.
And by the way, If you have Windows, or Linux or
Mac in Kazakh and you install Spotify it shows in English instead of Kazakh. Many users here don't
speak English so it is even more uncomfortable.
Apple Music and Google Music among others are
available in Kazakh since day one.

I’ve been using Spotify Premium since 2020. Despite being more expensive than Apple Music, I’ve remained loyal to Spotify. However, I’m disappointed that Kazakh language support is still unavailable. I kindly ask you to add it as soon as possible. Also, please consider making Spotify Podcasts accessible in Kazakhstan.
