Add support of Kazakh language for Spotify

Hey! I am suggesting to support Spotify in Kazakh language.

Spotify is available in Kazakhstan and many people in Kazakhstan love to use Spotify to listen to music and some parts are already localized in Kazakh (like charts). 

So I think it would be a great addition to have Spotify app in Kazakh.

Hope this request would be considered for implementation.

I don't have an opportunity to use Spotify in my native language. I think it's a bit disappointing situation. And it would be fair if you add Kazakh language here

As a kazakh speaker, I find it quite inconvenient to use this app in other languages, while paying for a monthly subscription. Spotify started working in Kazakhstan recently, a few years ago. So far, it has already gained a handful of users, however, there is no kazakh language available. Adding kazakh language would be a way to solidatify its position for spotify, since there are other apps which provides the same functional but are more friendly to kazakh speaking user
