Album liner notes

You already display the cover art (I use the Mac desktop app). Also make the album's rear cover available. That side usually contains pertinent information such as personnel, track discussion, etc. I think it would enhance the listening experience and may prompt the listener to further explore other work by the artists on the date.

I truly cannot believe that there is not a more robust liner notes/credits section on this platform. There is already a place for the information. I want to know who played on the track/album, a place for a story, some pictures pertinent to the making of the almbum, some video even, who recorded it, where it was recorded, who produced it and on and on. Each one of these things could be hyper-linked offering a way for me to explore new music. It's criminal that this doesn't exist. Give me a rabbit hole to go down!

Yes, this is low hanging fruit for Spotify. Create a more immersive experience and the listener lingers longer, generates more clicks or however they measure their traffic.
