The amazon fire we have is mainly used by our 6 year old daughter. She's got her own profile here so she's got related app for her she. Since Spotify Kids was just released it would be ideal to make it available in the Amazon AppStore

Just came here looking for the same thing. If people have been asking for it for nearly 3 years it would be great to give them what they want. I'm going to have to create an adult profile for my 9 year old daughter, something I'm not very happy about to be honest.

As mentioned earlier, the availability of the kids app and the possibility to share the app with an Amazon kids account is essential for our decision to pay for the family subscription. So please make it available on amazons App Store or provide the APK.

Any Update on this, I have just signed up to family spotify and find i cant even use the kids version on their fire tablets

I see it has been 3 years since initial suggestion and nearly 2 years since Spotify acknowledged that this was being reviewed internally.

Is anyone from Spotify able to offer any fresh update, even if it is to confirm that this idea will not be implemented.

I just upgraded to Family plan, but will be downgrading again and potentially looking for different service if Kids player is not viable on Amazon Fire tablets.

Yeah - same with me. Daughter aged 9 has Amazon Fire and wanted to listen to her own music on it. But she has no email WhatsApp etc so can’t log her on and can’t access Spotify Kids. My money is on a corporate dispute between Amazon and Spotify. If Amazon have their own version in the pipeline then they’re not going to want to let Spotify Kids onto their platform. Neither company is going to want to admit this hence we get silence.

I am going to cancel family because of this. Not working on Roku or Amazon kids makes it pointless for us to have. So disappointing

It seems parenting is not important to spotify... 3 years ago about this and still nothing?

Also kids can't share their music to any home speaker.

I’m another potential customer reading up on the Spotify family account and finding out we can’t use them on the kids kindle fires! Not impressed as people have been asking for this for 3 years on this thread. Also not impressed that it won’t let me vote or like any posts and I’ve tried two browsers on the iPhone (yes am logged in)
