Allow users to record listening sessions and add in their own vocal comments

Allow users to record a listening session and add in vocal comments. This, essentially, allows users to use their Spotify library as a radio station- just not live radio. As someone who uses the app heavily, the addition of a personality to a playlist would offer considerable opportunities for engagement with other music obsessives, discovery of new music via word of mouth, and add an element of connective tissue that the app currently lacks. Additionally features like sound effects, transition/bumper elements, and mixing can be explored.
