[Android] Allow selecting specific folders for "Local Files"

Hi everyone,

On the Spotify app for Android (currently running version 9.1.52.1394), the "Show audio files from this device" option automatically scans the entire phone's storage.

As a result, the "Local Files" section ends up cluttered with unwanted audio files—such as WhatsApp voice notes, system sounds, and media from other apps. This creates an overwhelming, unmanageable list, and the current sorting options are simply not enough to filter through the noise and build playlists efficiently.

It would be incredibly helpful if the Android app offered the same flexibility as the Desktop version: the ability to manually select specific folders to include in or exclude from the scan.

This feature would significantly improve the user experience for anyone who wants to listen to their own music library on mobile without the clutter.
