Android: Make the shuffle and repeat buttons optional

On Android, in the "now playing" view, the shuffle and repeat buttons are easy to hit by mistake. I propose that they are made optional by a setting for those that never use those functions.

Accidentally activating shuffle while playing from a large playlist is extremely annoying as it is hard to find the way back to the last song that was in sequence.
