Crossfade toggle more accessible

UX: Crossfade is buried too far in the [Settings] UI. It should also be an toggle button that is more easily accessible, and ideally per playlist.

Problem Statement: Some playlists really need crossfade, whereas many do not. The current toggle for crossfade is functionally universal, as it is buried too deep in the [Settings] interface. Immersion is broken when forced to leave the playlist interface.

Solution: Add crossfade toggle, more accessible to play interface. An actual button in proximity to [Shuffle] or [Repeat] could work, but may add to user confusion. It could be located in playlist [More options] menu without risking too much UI clutter.

Examples include:
Environmental/noise lists/albums with shorter tracks ending abruptly break the mood.

Although it is a subtle feature, user experience will be enhanced, and it may take relatively few resources to implement.
