Custom Sort option for Liked Songs

In liked songs, albums are listed alphabetically. I despise this. I've always known albums by chronology and that's how they are sorted in the artist page. I have recently been re-annoyed by this listening to my chemical romance as they released five 2 track "singles" listed as "number one- five" in spelled out letters. So they are in the wrong order in my liked songs. 

I often like listening to albums in order on long journeys etc and it's ridiculous that there isn't a way to sort or filter within liked songs for an artist.

We should be able to change liked songs places on the liked songs playlist. sometimes we miss click and delete songs dear to us and we lose the date we got to knew them and they are special to us. We should drag songs up and down on liked songs playlist.

I just added 4 songs by the same group.  Sometimes I want to listen to my liked songs in order and not shuffled.  Problem is, I don't want to hear songs by that same group all at the beginning.  I would like to spread them out some.  Seems like this would be an easy programming task.  I would love to know why Spotify doesn't do this.

My solution: copy the "liked songs" to another (new) playlist, which CAN be reordered. Copying on PC can be done by selecting all with mouse and then, from context menu, add to another playlist.
Of course the new list doesn't update by itself, so when liking a song you have to also add it to the new playlist. Or repeat the copying idea from scratch.

I accidentally liked a song with the generic album art instead of the single with the unique art, so now I have to reorder half of my playlist if i wanna fix 1 mistake that could EASILY be solved by just letting us reorder liked songs. I don't know how almost all music streaming platforms don't have this extremely simple solution

I listen to classical music a lot. And as you may know, classical music is made up of multiple different parts; allegro, adagio, largo, etc. I tried to add a piano concerto that I like very much to my "Liked Songs" and as you can guess, the parts are ordered in reverse so I have to listen to the last one first. This feature should not even have to be voted on. It is simply bad user experience. Additionally, nobody knows about this "community" website and ideas for voting function; so it is no surprise that there are only 40 votes!

Try again.  I think most people would like that option. It can be done in custom playlists, why not the liked songs?...t.o.d.

One can really easily misclick the "remove from playlist" button on a notification box and lose the song from the middle of the playlist.

Good point! Another solution to that, would be to provide an "undo" button
(for 10 seconds, say).

I totally agree. The other day I was struggling while trying to look for this option to find out that Spotify doesn't have it. It doesn't make sense to me that you have the option to reorder your songs however you like in other playlists but not in your "liked songs" playlist. For a reason they're my LIKED SONGS so the fact that I cannot reorder them how I like sounds unfair.
