Filterable Customized labels

Would it be possible to create and assign labels similar to how it operates in gmail?

If we could create our own labels or tags and assign the value to a song, then have the ability to filter by label with in the playlist it would make a more streamlined way to organize songs within a playlist of hundreds of songs.

Whether we want to label them with genre type, mood of the song, etc.

I have a play list that's literarily over 700 songs and it would be nice to filter within my playlist by whatever mood I am looking for. And not have an insane number of playlists to scroll through. Or spend the time dragging all these songs around the playlist to organize them

This would have the bonus of solving most people's issues with the like function being replaced by the plus button.
