[Following] Shuffle Songs from followed Artists

This feature has already been suggested a few times since 2014 (maybe even before that)! 
It's a feature on iTunes since when Britney Spears was a hit (the first time)!
Winamp did it way before that (remember Winamp!?). 

It's 2018… Almost 19 and we're still unable to play songs from every artist we follow in shuffle. I don't want to (and can't even) save every song from every artist on a playlist. Who'd do that?! 

It seems like such a small thing to implement that not doing it seems almost lazy.

Mostly they're just lazy. And don't care about listeners. People buy their
service so they feel they've done enough. If people started banning them
until they implement this feature, maybe then they'll do something.

I am toying around with the idea of developing my own web app that allows you to select some artists, and create a 1-song-per-artist shuffle (playlist) in Spotify. You can then "reshuffle" it and it will recreate the playlist with new songs. I already have a working prototype running locally on my computer. Right now I can reshuffle it manually, but I was thinking in the future you could set it on a schedule, say weekly, and you'll get an email letting you know your playlist was reshuffled.

My question is how many people would actually be interested in using this and what functionality would you want?

I would love this feature!! Someone here had one before but took the
website down so it's not available anymore. One song by each artist is fine
but not being limited to that would be great also. Please let me know when

This is in development right now and will likely be ready to try in a few weeks. I will try to keep the app free, maybe put in a voluntary donation model. I can't promise it will always be free, it depends on what it costs me to run.

I'm not doing this to get rich. I doubt I'll make anything. So please pass this along to your music listening friends. I'm not going to pay for marketing. I'm mostly excited to use it myself. If I do have to convert to a paid model, the people who signed up on my form before release would get first dibs on being grandfathered into using it for free (if possible).

Your initiative is very nice, however i want something even more. 

Since you have the experience, i have a question. 

Idk how it Works... But I would much rather select whole albums of all the artists i want, and create one master playlist. I can then turn on the shuffle there. 

I once did this manualy 😀 but id like to update it. An aumotmatic way would be great
