Group and shuffle multiple playlists

I would like the ability of grouping multiple playlists without adding all the individual songs together.

Like a playlist for playlists.

If I'd want to remove a playlist from that group I could just do that without removing every single song. And the shuffle should obviously work song-wise not playlist-wise.
