I want a checkbox that will filter out ALL AI-generated content. I never want to hear it.

My subject says if all.  We know there is AI-generated content (I won't call it music) on Spotify, and I never want to hear it. A checkbox in my Account settings would be the best way to do that; a checkbox in each of my apps would work too.

Out of the 30 songs in my Discover Weekly playlist this week, 5 were AI-generated. I've been looking for an option to filter these out ever since I found the first few at the end of last year - there's enough real music getting created without Spotify encouraging AI-generated slop

The more ai i encounter on here the more i find myself listening to music in other apps and the more i seriously consider abandoning this app. Ill be listening to music over on bandcamp when you guys decide to stop replacing your staff with AI and finally allow us to opt out of hearing gen ai garbage let me know. Also even without the ai music the weekly recommendations have gotten terrible since you started letting ai categorize genres.

If I want to hear it , it should be tagged accordingly and in it own category.

I'm officially considering cancelling Spotify. Whenever I start any Spotify playlist I'm horribly paranoid it's riddled with AI generated garbage. And worse, Spotify AI generated songs, to avoid paying artists.

I cannot echo this sentiment strongly enough. 

Users should at least be able to choose whether they want to participate in a dystopian AI-generated future that erases humanity from art while bankrupting real human artists. 

What a bummer. Cancelling Spotify.
