Mark / Disable AI Generated Songs

The platform is increasingly flooded with AI-generated songs (especially the Release Radar), making it harder for users to discover authentic, human-created music. To improve the listening experience, Spotify should introduce a clear label for AI-generated songs and provide an option to filter them out entirely.

I'm behind this 100%. I'm not paying for Spotify Premium to be forced to listen to AI-generated slop, I'm here for real music. We at least need a way to opt-out of having AI artists recommended to us, anything else is unacceptable. If there's no show of good faith from Spotify on this, my family and I will have to consider other music streaming options

There's plenty of AI music on Spotify with no disclosure/labels/credits indicating it's AI made and there's no option to report this. As this has been going on for so long I'm assuming they aren't going to do anything about it unless they're forced by law etc.

It pisses me off the amount of AI I probably have saved into my Playlists.
But the amount of scrolling i would have to do isn't worth it.

The problem needs to be addressed. I'm in favor or straight ban of AI content, but if not that, at least give us some control over whether we are recommended those musics. Other platforms are clearly making the right move regarding that. For the sake of your artists and listeners, please do the same. I don't want my subscription's money to fuel that trend.

Please tackle this. I'm getting so annoyed by this. Discover Weekly used to be SO good. It was so far ahead of anything your competitors have, the recommendations were spot on and personalized.

But I is becoming more and more useless because literally 50% seem like AI slop today. And it's not even marked as that, so whenever I suspect it is AI, I search the web to confirm before I push the "Never play this artist" button. Still, more artists keep popping up every day. It's ruining the experience for me.

"Stay tuned for possible updates in the future." ...

Yeah sure, in the meantime I'm picking the platform I'm switching to.

Cucks.

I don't mind AI generated music, but personally I think they should not get royalties for it - or have MUCH smaller royalties. I like what AI can generate, but it would not be very good quality due to it's lack of authenticity and simulated (not authentic) sound.

I absolutely want to know what is AI generated when listening so I can turn off AI if I don't care to listen to synthetic music.

Last week my Discover Weekly was 40% AI tracks, this week 30%. We need the option to filter out AI tracks so they don't appear on list at all.

I vote for this. Additionally all AI tunes should be clearly remarked in different color/icon

Echoing a similar sentiment for the power in numbers effect... AI music NEEDS to be labeled and considered in filter options. The extra step of allowing me to globally exclude AI music from my entire Spotify experience would keep me from considering other music platforms to move to. I only want to listen to real music.
