Been a long time Spotify user. Paid for premium the majority of that time. Fell on the out column for the last budget review, so I figured hey, Spotify free can't be that bad, I'll just ride it out until I can resub. 

How wrong I was.

Ads that run an extra ten seconds with no dialogue or information, just muzak. Limited skips, can't directly pick a song without being subjected to yet another ad. Why isn't running ads enough for you? Limited skips and all your other basic features locked behind a paywall is NOT an incentive to pay money, it's an incentive to move to a different service. YouTube music has the exact same library of songs and their free version isn't as hostile towards the people who make you your money as Spotify free is. **bleep** up until a month or two ago I could've had Spotify premium free with a cracked apk, but I CHOSE to pay. Now I have to listen to an uninterrupted three minutes of ads every two songs and have maybe a tenth of the control over what I listen to? Kinda get why everybody says not to support Spotify, even beyond the ceo making questionable investments and your general profiting of creative works you had absolutely zero hand in making.

Gonna transfer my playlist to yt music today and won't be resubbing. I hope you have your AI filtration set to send these kinds of posts to your customer retention team before they delete it.
