Add global hotkeys to the desktop app.

It's a simple feature that's HUGELY useful and should be simple to implement. To be able to play/pause or skip songs without having to change programs, is massively useful and honestly pretty disappointing that it's not already a feature. Even just to play/pause so you can stop the music if a call comes in without fumbling through apps is massive.

It would be great if we could control the song and volume with keyboard like the spotify window with control + arrow keys. It would make things a whole lot easier
