Persistent Lyrics View Across Track Changes

Hello Spotify Team,

I would like to suggest an improvement to the lyrics feature.

Currently, when listening to music, I need to scroll down to view the lyrics or tap to open the dedicated lyrics screen. However, when a song ends and the next one starts, the app often returns to the album cover screen or resets the view, requiring me to scroll down or open the lyrics screen again.

This can be frustrating, especially in situations where my hands are not available. For example, when I'm taking a shower and listening to music, I often want to read the lyrics to sing along. Every time the song changes, the lyrics disappear and I need to interact with my phone again, which is inconvenient.

My suggestion would be:

• Keep the lyrics visible when changing from one song to the next.
• If the user is viewing the dedicated lyrics screen, remain on that screen when a new song starts and automatically display the lyrics of the next track.
• Consider placing the lyrics higher on the Now Playing screen, making them easier to access without having to scroll down every time.

I believe these changes would greatly improve the experience for users who frequently follow song lyrics while listening.
