Removing items from Recently Played history

I would also like it if we had the option to remove our recently played history because sometimes I would listen to someone's playlist, an artist, or one of my own playlists by accident and I don't really listen to the playlist or artist anymore or I already have a song by that artist and it doesn't make sense to keep it in my library or recently played history.

Hi Spotify Team,

I love using Spotify, but I’d like to request a feature that allows users to clean up the “Your Library” section. Right now, albums and artists I listened to once (but don’t want to see anymore) keep appearing, and there’s no way to manually remove them.

It would be really helpful to have an option to hide or remove albums and artists from the library, just like we can manage playlists and liked songs. Many users have mentioned that this would improve their experience.

Are there any plans to add this feature in the future? It would be great to have more control over our library!
