Shuffle All Downloaded Content

Add a dedicated "Shuffle" button within the "Downloaded" filter in the Library.

​Currently, users have to manually select a specific playlist or create a new one to listen to offline music. A "Shuffle All" button would allow users to instantly play a mix of all their offline tracks with a single tap, which is especially useful while driving or in areas with poor connection.
