Song Tags

Custom song tags that a user can add to any song (like “upbeat” or “piano”). Then, when making a playlist you could have the option to add songs of a certain tag or combination of tags. So if you wanted to add all the songs you tagged as upbeat, you can. If you want to add all the songs you tagged as upbeat and piano, you can. And  the playlist could have a refresh button so it can add songs that you tagged after the playlist was made, so the playlist wouldn’t constantly have to check the tag to see if new songs were added.

It's amazing this all isn't a thing.  Do you just not see the use case value? The potential is unreal.
