Too expensive

Hello Spotify.

 I would like to share some feedback regarding your pricing and free music. 13.99 per month seems very expensive,especially people that are not able to justify the prices. 

I also feel that the free version is overly restrictive, I do get you are trying to get people to buy premium, but as I had mentioned it’s very hard to pay that each month. Having only a certain amount of skips and being unable to freely choose many songs makes the overall experience un joyful.

I do love Spotify, but it is hard to pay 13.99 a month. I just feel like that is unnecessary Charging that much.

I would hope you consider this, lowering the prices ,offering a more affordable option,or improving the free plan by allowing more skips and more control over songs selection. I believe these changes will make Spotify more accessible and help your company and audience. If you want suggestions I am happy to give some.
