[Web Player] Add option to control podcast playback speed in Web Player

Currently, one can control podcast playback speed in the Desktop/Mobile apps, but not the Web Player (the Progressive Web App uses the Web Player and lacks the feature too). I listen to many playlists and this would save me a ton of time.

[Web Player][Podcasts][Other] having a 10 seconds forward and 10 seconds backwards

i don't like having to listen to a podcast and to have to manually click on the part that i missed and trying to find the right time in the bar, when i downloaded some songs and in my files it has the 10 seconds backwards and 10 seconds forwards.
