integrated Queue History

An intuitive way to see listening history within the 'Queue' screen—scrolling down for upcoming tracks and scrolling up to see recently played ones. On the desktop this is already possible, but I’d like it on the phone too.

Sometimes I'll be knee deep in a Spotify recommendation rabbit hole cause the algorithm manages to keep a consistent theme going. Sometimes though I'll click on a different song, and then I can no longer go back any songs. So my idea is to have it ask when you click a new song (Are you sure you don't want to go back Or a pop-up button to restore the previous "queue." ) I put queue cause it's not for queues I make but for when the algorithm plays like 20 songs that I like but might not have saved.

Sometimes I queue songs to match a certain mood, energy, pace, or vibe rather than building a full playlist.

It would be really useful if Spotify had a way to view previously queued songs almost like a queue history.

There are times when I hear a song in my queue that perfectly fits the moment and add songs similar to that song myself

Being able to look back through recently queued tracks would make discovering and revisiting songs much easier. Or make a playlist out of these queued tracks

This could work similarly to listening history, but specifically for songs that were manually added to the queue.

I strongly agree

Have the option to scroll up above the current que, backwards, to look at the songs that just played. Maybe be grayed out showing already played. Would allow someone listening with smart shuffle or to a new playlist easily add songs they just heard to a playlist without having to go to the previous song.
