listening to music based on your mood

I am a frequent listener on Spotify and when I am tired of listening to my songs in a certain order, I click shuffle, however, I get different types of songs and they are all over the place, which ultimately ruins my mood. So, it would be nice if Spotify could classify my liked songs into different categories like RnB when I'm in the mood for slower songs or Pop when I'm in the mood for upbeat songs, etc. This can be accomplished by creating a whole new category called mood, it takes all your liked songs and categorizes them into different genres.

I have an idea for Spotify. As a Gen Z youth, I've experienced a problem that I think Spotify can solve. Sometimes, when I want to listen to random music, it doesn't match my mood. For example, switching from a sad song to a happy one can be jarring. Listeners often want to hear music that resonates with their emotions. My idea is for Spotify to have a feature that asks users what type of music they want to listen to based on their current mood. This would allow users to choose music that aligns with their emotions. That's my idea, based on my own experiences. I hope it gets noticed🙏!

My fav algoritme was the one in 2023, but according to the interwebs a lot of people complained about it.

The current algoritme now swaps between genre's and this is something i dont really like, atleast not always.

I would like a roaming on/off button.

On = Autoplay goes trough your prefererd genres mixing them all together.

Off= Autoplay stays within the genre that u started the que with.

Extra:

Discovery mode on/off button.

Works in new songs within your prefered genre's. (the above setting should still be able to limit genre)
