search within playlists on web

As a user I can only see all songs in my list with "liked songs". I would like to able to slice and dice within my liked songs for example search and filter out certain songs in some easy way (on IOS it works but not on the web)  

It would be nice if this worked for any playlist currently opened in the web version of spotify.

Can't understand why this is an "inactive idea".

Many of us have laptops with small storage space. For example, my saved/liked songs are 30 gbs - which is why I do not have the desktop version of spotify and only use the web player on my laptop. Lucky for me, I have a 256 gb phone or otherwise I wouldn't be able to download songs as I like to do.

Please give the web player the option to SEARCH SPECIFIC SONGS, AND ARTISTS, from within the web player.

Hi, this idea is not unique, it has been asked before BUT the Idea was close due to not reaching enough votes.

We need the filter option on playlists in the Web Player. Users that have had Spotify for a long time will definitely have hundreds, even thousands of songs on their playlists and finding one specific song in the playlist becomes almost impossible. Even if you scroll all the way down the playlist and use CTRL+F, songs that were not "loaded" will not be found.

Please, the web player is good, for windows users it performs better than the desktop app and now it even has the same UI, adding a filter button on the playlist will be a blessing.

+1. i have also requested this before, and added my vote each time this idea resurfaces. let's hope it receives enough votes this time around. the ability to search and filter is an essential feature. dare i say, it's basic functionality for a proper user experience even.

as you mentioned, ctrl+f doesn't work properly on longer playlists, as the titles don't load, and for instance any results much higher up won't be included. it really makes sense to make it a native feature.
