Can I personally stream someone song 1000 times a day ?

The short answer is no. The long answer if that spotify only counts one stream per song per person. Meaning no matter how many times you listen to the same song in a day, you will only account for one stream. You could stream someones song 1000 times over 1000 days. Or if you had 1000 different spotify accounts you could do it in a day. But no you cannot personally stream someones song more than once per day. Hope this helped :}
