Is Daily Drive gone?

Hi,

I am a big fan of Daily Drive but I seem to have trouble finding it today. Reddit said this function is cancelled, is anyone having the same issue?

I am experiencing the same.  It was a nice to have feature even though I was not a fan of NPR.

I listen every day. Went to play it this morning 3/18/26 and nothing!

Same. I play it to and from work every day and sometimes even weekends for what seems like years now. Big bummer it's going away. Couldn't find it yesterday (3/17/26) but I was hoping it was just Spotify being buggy. I assume this is to promote their AI DJ.

I also couldn't find it. It's my go to for my morning commute. It would be great to hear from Spotify on this. I tried the AI DJ in the past and could not stand it. I hope the offer a comparable option. If not this might be a deal breaker!

Definitely disappointing. I'll be checking to see if any of the other streamers have something comparable to what it offered as it was, quite literally, my Daily Drive.

I want short news podcasts mixed with music in one playlist. I’m not going to set that up manually — it needs to be a one-click, automatic experience.

Daily Drive is a great one stop playlist why would Spotify get rid of it?! I like listening to the podcasts and music in one place and on March 18th, 2026 I went looking for it and it was gone! I’m thinking of finding a different streaming service if Daily Drive is really gone. It’s worse because Spotify hasn’t even confirmed that it’s actually gone. I’ve heard this rumor that they were getting rid of it for a while but any time I looked it up there was no official statement from Spotify! We pay for this service and you can’t even give accurate information about it! Would love to hear something from Spotify regarding this

Listening to the Daily Drive on my morning, commute is literally the only reason I’ve kept Spotify. If it is gone, there will be one less subscription for me to worry about.

I couldn't find it in the app on the way home last night, this morning I saw the icon but it vanished when I clicked. This has been my daily companion for years. Spotify, bring it back!

Same! I couldn't find it this morning and the only reason I kept paying for Spotify all these years. I feel like we need to speak to a manager lol.

So sad. I loved Daily Drive, but it's not on my feed today. It was the primary reason I used Spotify.
