Using AI to impersonate other artists

Someone is creating fake albums, presumably with AI, and attributing them to real artists in the surf music community. There is a real record label called Hi-Tide Recordings, but this person is publishing under "Hi-Tide".

These are all fake, not created by the attributed artists. 

Can Spotify add a "report this album" feature to make reporting this problem easier?
