Android's app beta version 9.0.48 crashing

We've received reports about the latest beta version 9.0.48 being unstable. The app may crash when opening Your Library, and playlists, albums and artist pages won’t load: an error message “something went wrong” is shown. It’s as if Spotify is offline, despite having perfect internet connection.

Problems still partially persists: "something went wrong" in some cases (artist pages, eg artist "Boris brejcha"); no "forced close" noticed anymore; spotify still unusable for me

Issue

Searching then trying to go the the Artist results in Something went wrong - Check your internet connection and try again.

Internet is fine, I can view playlists etc - just unable to access the artists page.

Tried clearing cache, uninstalling/reinstalling app with no success.

To reiterate what others have said, this has been going on for a couple of days now, and I am paying for this!

I must agree with Tetris_Block, searching Artist gives still Something went wrong - message.

The new Update for the beta app in the Play Store fixed it for me, after being broken for 2 days.

Thank you for half fixing it??? Update 90.0.57 fixed the playlists but artist pages still open in offline mode.

Downloaded 90.0.50.57 and can now view playlists and albums but, as @MrWaalrus said above,.cannot view artist pages yet. We are getting closer!

Current Alpha Version apparently partially fixes this bug, as artist pages still appear like your offline when you are not. I do not know if beta users have this so because of that i think alpha testers and maybe beta testers have a version that partially fixes this problem.

Not on beta, have the same problems with the app crae. Trying to open anything but dj x crashes the app and show the same error as everyone else in the thread
