Spotify charts not updating

Spotify stream counts don't seem to have updated again this week. No changes since yesterday. Seems to have happened on Tuesday the same as it did last week?

Im experiencing an issue where the app in my truck will not work. It opens and I can switch between Playlist and history and library, but nothing I select will play.

 

Your TOTALLY HELPFUL AND DEFINITELY NOT USELESS(yes that is sarcasm) chat support has been useless as I expected them to be. Their fix? "Have you tried restarting the app" Yes it did nothing. "Have you tried uninstall in and reinstalling?" Yes, it did nothing except make me have to relinquish to my Spotify account. "Have you tried restarting?" Yes that was the first thing you asked me. "Does it work on other devices?" Yes, but that doesn't matter, my issue is it isnt working on my truck anymore and I want that fixed. Can you understand that! "No need to be rude"

 

Not that I expect any better from Spotify when their help starts with Ai giving the EXACT SAME FIXES.
