Sound Capsule not updating properly

You may have noticed that your Sound Capsules may not be updating properly! 

This is on our radar and it's being looked into 🙂

My Question or Issue

Sound capsule is not updated since last 2 days . I have reinstalled the app , also updated app with latest version still problem exists.

Hey @Helos

 

The sound capsule updates based on your listening activity. Unfortunately that sometimes means that it can take a bit longer than usual to update. You can check back in a few days to see if the new data is there.

My sound capsule is not working. My region is India and plan is premium individual, not mini. I noticed that the function is available for a year, but haven’t noticed in my app.

Thanks for reaching out and flagging this!

 

This was reported and our tech folks are looking into it, but we heard back from them that this should be fixed. Can you make sure you're running the latest version of the app and let us know if you're still experiencing this?

 

In case the issue persists afterwards, it'd be great if you can let us know when the latest Sound Capsule update was and share the make and model of your device, as well as the Spotify version you're running.

My spotify sound capsule isn't updating. Please dhare trouble zhooting steps or please update it. It's important for me to keep myself updated on this.

The music capsule hasn't been updated since April 14, and the app also freezes when I try to view my profile.
