My Question or Issue

My daughter's Spotify Kids app signed her out today after using it daily for the past year or so. Now when we log in, it says "Spotify Kids isn't available in the country or region associated with your account." However, we are in the US, and the address on our account is verified and in the US as well. This is happening on Wi-fi at home and on cellular hotspot.

I recently got signed out of my spotify kids account and am unable to log back in as it says spotify kids app is not available for my region.

I tried both logging in through email and password as well as logging in without password and i still received the same error

I am having this exact same issue, and I'm based in the UK. We're on the Family Premium plan and not had any issues until today. I've tried both ways to login, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the phone and checked all the software. It should be working. Be interesting to hear what the answer is to this

I am also have this exact same issue. I am in the UK. The app should work - it was fine until today. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app, restarted the phone, checked all the software is up to date and tried both ways of logging in (with/without password) - my daughter now cannot use spotify kids on her phone. Be interesting to know the answer to this issue
