Student Verification Link not Working

We've received some reports that the Student verification link is not working. Whenever users are trying to subscribe to Premium Student and open the verification page, they get the error message "Something went wrong. Try reloading the page":

Hi

I am trying to get Student Premium, I verified my student status a week ago but went to purchase it today, whenever I try to buy it I just get 'Something went wrong. Try reloading the page.

I have tried:

• Contacting support (They said I am eligible for student premium but cannot do anything - their words)
• Tried Incognito on 4 different devices (iPhone browser, Macbook, PC and another PC)
• Tried Chrome, Firefox and Safari
• Tried 3 different networks (Mobile network and two different wifis - yes all in incognito)
• Tried these same steps without incongito

I believe the issue has to be on Spotify's end at this point as I really tried everything possible!

Seems like this is an issue on Spotify’s end then! I hope it gets resolved soon

same from kazakhstan. i tried many ways to get around this problem but it seems to be a glitch in spotify itself. we are waiting for an answer and a solution to this problem
