Downtime July 22nd, 2025: Can't login to Spotify Kids

Hey folks,

 

We're receiving reports mentioning that Spotify Kids is having some issues to let the users log in. This is already being investigated internally by the relevant teams. Thanks for your reports.

Thanks for your patience while we looked into this issue.

 

We’re happy to say that this should now be fixed for everyone! Some users might need to fully close and restart the app before trying again.

The Spotify Kids App is still down for me on 8/1/2025. I have tried removing and redownloading the app multiple times but still receiving the error message that the App is not available in my country or region (USA). What resolution worked for everyone?

Continua el problema con Spotify kids hoy 10 de agosto continuamos sin el servicio.

Ya saben cual es la causa ? Hay algún comunicado al respecto?

I can see this is marked as fixed - but I have just tried to create a kids account in Ireland today, downloaded app, already have family premium, and when I go to create kids account it still says 'spotify kids isn't available in the country or region associated with your account' as some other users reported previously. How do I fix this?
