Autoplay not working across devices

Hi folks,

 

We’re seeing reports from users in different markets that the Autoplay feature doesn't generate a new queue of songs.

Thanks for the reports and the patience while we investigate this issue!

 

This should now be fixed and Autoplay should be working properly. Just make sure you're running the latest version of the app and try performing a clean reinstall in case the issue persists afterwards.

My Question or Issue

I usually let the app autoplay songs after reaching the end of my playlist, but all of a sudden, autoplay is not working on either my desktop or phone app. I already know that autoplay does not work when repeat and/or shuffle are enabled, and I have each of those off. Also, I've tried disabling and reenabling autoplay on both devices. It was working fine just yesterday, but now it just returns to the beginning of the playlist.

My Question or Issue.

So before I could just search a song in the search bar (Not the playlist search bar) then just play that searched song and after it playing or clicking next it will then automatically proceed to other songs, but now it will just loop on that searched song. I remember a greyed out smart shuffle icon when it worked, but now it just won't proceed. I use this to like discover new songs and now it just frustrates me that I couldn't do that anymore.

Same here. Was working earlier and now is not. I have checked everything, signed out, uninstalled reinstalled multiple times and still not working. Also iPhone 15.

So my bad on the title, this is Autoplay, it doesn't work anymore on my end. I tried logging out, reinstalling the app, with cleared cache and data, restarting my phone. Nothing seems to help. 😕

This is happening to me, too. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, logged out and logged back in, cleared the app's cache, turned on and off the Autoplay feature, and powered off my device (Windows 11). And the Smart Shuffle feature isn't available, so I can't check to see if that's the problem.

My Question or Issue

As of late my spotify autoplay has ceased functioning. Ive tried the double logging out, ive checked my autoplay toggle, my internet is fine, i dont have it set to repeate songs, ive cleared my cash, deleted and redownloaded the app. Im getting frustrated, what am i doing wrong?
