"Your Library" not loading on web player

We've received reports from users that Your Library doesn't load. An error message appears: "Something went wrong - Try reloading Your Library"

We can confirm that this has been fixed. If you're still having issues, make sure to post a new thread in the relevant help board here.

I've been having the same issue and have tried just about everything everyone else here has and nothing's worked. Something that I have tried, which I see no one else has here, is signing out on all devices. It didn't work for me, though it could possibly work for someone else .¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Still happening for me as well using Chrome and Brave (with ad-blocker turned off).

Hi guys!

Just an update for the techs and for anyone else to try. Nothing has worked for me so far but maybe for you.

The following browser tried:

- Brave

- Google

- Duckduckgo

- Yandex

- Yahoo

- Bing

- Safari

Devices: (ask others to help)

- Chromebook

- Windows

- Iphone

- Google phone

- Android

Ideas or Tricks:

- Restarting browser

- Restarting computer

- Reload button

- Power wash (computers)

- Different location with logging in

- Logged out/in

- Logged all accounts out

- Check for any updates

- Incognito 

- Web browser

- App

- Removing all apps connected

-  Cleared cache 

- Different networks

- VPN on/off

- Clear the hosts file

- Disable any adblockers/add-ons

- Account free

Sorry for it being so long, just wanna help out to the best of my ability. Hopefully we get this figured out. I would say that this does seem we might just have to wait, as there are so many people who are having this issue. It might not be us.

Same persistent issue just begun today, after trying to exit my folder, it won't load anything in the Library. Same image like most shows, and trying everything, it never works. Maybe I need to wait to see what y'all do in the background. I use Desktop App on HP Windows 11. 

Nah mate, does not seem to work in my end on my Chromebook.
