My Question or Issue

Hi everyone, here's the thing. My Spotify Web Player no longer displays the shortcut on the left for saved items and pre-saved albums. This all happened after I added a pre-save for an album that was going to be officially released in a few minutes. I saved it, and when it was released, the shortcut on the left bugged and suddenly gave an error saying "something went wrong, try reloading your library." I've tried clearing the cache, logging out, and logging back into my Spotify account, but nothing worked. Does anyone know a solution?

The screenshot is showing exactly the name of the album that was released a few minutes ago, which I pre saved in advance a few minutes before releasing, but the names of the tracks on it were like "track 1", "track 2" and so on before releasing and showing their true names.

My Question or Issue

for over a week now, I cannot access my library. I've tried logging out and back in, I've tried clicking the reload button, I've refreshed a million times, I've restarted my computer, I've checked Chrome for updates, still nothing. I can't see my playlists, Spotify and other playlists, saved artists, NOTHING.

PLEASE HELP.

(also I tried logging in to attach my account to this ask, but LOL, as soon as I was logged in, the ask feature stopped **bleep**ing working, so here we are)

I used to have a student premium plan but now I am currently on a free Spotify plan. The same issue happens no matter what I do. I am using the web version of Spotify, on the latest Edge browser, Windows 11. This issue only occurred this week. My account country is currently set to USA but when I was subscribed it was set to UK.

I have the same issue. I've tried different devices, different web browsers, different networks. I don't know what you've done Spotify, but you've clearly messed up your spaghetti code.

I'm having the same issue on Chrome with no add blockers and i tried all the tips given like clearing cache, logging out and logging back in, etc.
