JBL Link View not playing Spotify Playlists as requested

JBL Link View not playing Spotify Playlists as requested

I recently purchased a JBL Link View speaker and when I Chromecast to it from Spotify on my Samsung S9 it does not play my my playlist in a Shuffled fashion and tends to play them in a group of "Artists" or Genres".  If I reopen the playlist and Shuffle again it will play the first track and then go back to playing a group of songs by the same Artist or genre

 is there some way to resolve this?

The right team has made some changes backstage and the issue should now be resolved. Just make sure to have your app up-to-date, and reinstall the app if necessary.
