problems with shuffle and playlist

I've been having some problems with Spotify lately.
Suddenly my Spotify won't shuffle anymore, it starts with a random song in my list of favorits and eventhough shuffle is on, it still plays in the normal order. Also, if I want to listen to a specific playlist, Spotify only plays one song and then switches back to my favorits, which is really strange because I just want to listen to one specific playlist. Can anyone help me?? I've tried to change several settings, but nothing has worked.

Have you tried reinstalling Spotify?
