加入者の家族が解約手続きする場合

加入者の家族が解約手続きする場合

加入者が病気で携帯を使う事ができなくなり、スポティファイを解約したいのですが、ログイン出来ません。
解約する為にはどうしたら良いでしょうか

Hey there @mon14,

 

I hope you don't mind us replying in English, it's the official Community language.
The Family plan can only be cancelled from the plan's main account.
This can also be done by our support folks, but the payment details for the subscription will be required for them to do so.
