2 Accounts 2 Issues.

Hi, I have the same issue. The problem for me is that I have too facebook accounts. both accounts have spotify. I am not sure why is atomatically signed my facebook account to spotify but I was not aware until I applied the premium to my original spotify and facebook account. So now the premium account does not have any of the music I downloaded from my trial. Will I be able to switch my music to my premium account?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form with both of your account emails they should be able to get all of your content copied over for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
