Hello Spotify! I'm very disappointed in how your app is run. At first, at a glance, you make it seem in the App Store that I can play whatever song I want, free of charge. However, that is not the case. It is extremely misleading. I was very disappointed when I realized that I couldn't play my favorite song without paying a monthly subscription. Also, another thing that angers me is the amount of advertisements while I'm trying to relax, do homework, or fall asleep. There is always a very loud and peppy advertisement that breaks my focus or wakes me up, and I refuse to pay how ever much you charge a month just for some music without ads. I expected more from Spotify.
