Alexa Devices not showing up

Hi I am having an isdue and hope someone can help.
1. All of a sudden my alexa devices do not show up as "available devices" in spotify. I use the mobile spotify app. I have reinstalled both Spotify and Alexa app device(s) in the app. Ironically this stopped working when i recently returned home from an out of state trip. Before I left it worked fine. I have Echo Dot, Echo Tap, and Echo Input.

Any help is GREATLY appreciated.. Thanks!

I have this issue after upgrading to win11 22h2, even though I have made exceptions in the windows firewall, no devices show up for the speakers 😞

No, that unfortunately didn’t fix anything. But again the web player is working fine and shows all the Spotify compatible devices in my home.

I had to literally unplug every Alexa device, wait three minutes, and replug them in and let them find the network again - then Spotify recognized them all again

Same issue, fixes above didn’t work.

But found if you say “Alexa, connect to Spotify” to your Echo Dot this prompts a connection!

Nothing was working for me until I asked Alexa to connect to spotify whilst I was playing a song on my phone. The echo just appeared on the list. Been round all of my devices now they all show up in the app.

Mate, I'm literally having the same issue. Both the Spotify iOS and desktop apps will suddenly only detect one of my Echo's and not the other, but will detect them both as a joint speaker system that I setup in the Alexa app...

Also like you, my web player will detect it just fine. D

Been having same problem, only way I got my echo to show up again was to tell it to play Spotify then immediately it showed up on my Spotify app again.

Deleting and reinstalling the app fixed this for me.
