Alexa defaulted to Shuffle mode

My Question or Issue

 When I ask Alexa to play any Spotify artist, it plays in shuffle mode. I turn off shuffle mode but it resets to 'shuffle on' every time I play a new artist.

I have reset / updated / re-installed etc etc. Tried Spotify chat support but no help. PLEASE HELP !

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with this. We'll do our best to help out though 🙂

Can you let us know what you've tried so far with our chat support? In the meantime, you can try unlinking and linking your Spotify account with Alexa to see if it makes a difference.
