App on Windows 8.1 doesn't show music saved offline

So a couple of days ago I was listening to music and suddenly it stopped. Now, the Spotify app for Windows Phone is buggy af, so I'm used to it, but when I went to open the app again, all of the music I saved offline was gone. All 3GB of it. The albums and tracks are saved, and it even said that everything was sync'ed, but the green arrows next to the songs weren't there, and If I play one of those songs, it uses my internet connection (I can tell because we have 3g here and it's impossible to go through a full track without waiting for it to buffer at some point).
I've tried deleting the app and downloading it again. I can save songs offline, but after a while they just disappear. They're still occupying space on my SD card, but I can't access them.
