Hello! Does anyone know how to see how many hours are remaining for the month for audiobook play on Premium
Solved! Go to Solution.
Hey @LesRuss,
Thank you for reaching out to the Community. We hope you don't mind us moving your post out of the Chats section to one of our Help boards as it fits better here.
You can check the remaining time in your plan description. To do so, tap the profile image on the top-left side of your screen on the mobile app > Settings and privacy > Account > tap the name of your plan. This shows you the plan overview where you can select Track your included hours and top ups.
It's worth noting that there might be some delays in tracking the audiobook listening time youโve used if you pause your listening mid-chapter, or youโre offline for an extended period of time.
Hope this helps. If anything else comes up, the Community will be here for you.

It is absolutely astonishing to me that it takes five taps to figure this out. How is that even possible? If you have to go to a article in your community site to figure something out every single time you want to know it, you've got a serious user interface problem.
This doesnโt work
Hey there,
Thanks for reaching out in this thread!
@GH0 - would you mind giving the exact steps mentioned under How do I know how much audiobook listening time I have left? on this page a try? Keep in mind that the steps mentioned by @OscarDC earlier in the thread applies to mobile devices only. To check the remaining hours on a computer, just head over to the account page.
If you've purchased additional top-up hours for the plan the steps also differs slightly. Feel free to have a look here for more details ๐
Should the remaining hours still not appear, however, you can also try clearing stored cache, followed by logging out from the app and back in again, as completing these steps should resync your account info.
it would be great if you could send us a video or photo showing how things look from your end when you follow the steps, should the issue persist.
Hope this helps! Cheers.
Hi,
Sorry to join in. I just Googled the same thing, read what was here and you're right, it didn't work. It was similar, though.
Click the image on the top left of the Spotify phone app.
Click Settings and Privacy
Click Account
Click your plan, mine says Premium Individual
Click just under Plan Includes (where there's a list of ticks)
Then you should see a page that says "Included Listening Hours"
Hope that helps. ๐

As a moderator, can you please pass along to Spotify how a long, step-laden process to see important information is absurd and not at all customer-friendly.
Hi,
I love the audiobook feature but there is no way to check in the app the remaining time for audiobook listening.
We also cannot see when the listening time counter will reset.
It would be great to be able to see all these information in the app directly.
Regards
Benjamin
