Spotify for webbrowsers is coming in 2013.

Some can already betatest it like me.

The beta does kinda work on the Playbook 🙂 

Getting tracks to play is a bit of a challenge, since double tapping causes the page to zoom and not play the track! Its also pretty slow on the Playbook browser, but its better than nothing I guess!

I was also wondering why us BB users have to settle for a web browser app when the QNX based OS's are very easy to develop for?

Much easier than BB7 which is where you actually have a FULL APP!

I've unmarked this as solved for you. I too would like a full application! 

The web player is still in beta, and being tested by a small number of users. Hopefully it will go public soon!

It's just annoying that Spotify won't give us an answer to either a blackberry 10 app or a playbook app.

Even if they said no we could all get on with another solution instead of keeping us in the dark!

Yeah they're useless when it comes to this sort of thing. 

Hopefully another company can make a service like Spotify, because I would switch!!

RIM made things easier for developers, they listened, now others have to show this same level of commitment!

Iv seen that this is working on the PlayBook. Is it the same for the Z10.

Right now Spotify run the web player but saddly don't function in the Playbook, the question is why? Just with the webplayer all the playbook users will be in !

I hope Spotify check the web version or release a simple mobile web version.
