Becoming a passthrough partner

Hi all, I'm wondering if anyone can help with info on becoming a Spotify "passthrough partner". I've spoken with general customer support a number of times but I haven't been able to make any progress there. Is there anyone else I can reach out to?

Thanks, I wasn't aware of that website. I submitted a request but unfortunately it doesn't seem like my kind of request is covered in the form.

As I understand it, becoming a passthrough partner would mean that customers of my podcast hosting platform, TurboCast could turn on audio pass through so that their content is always served from my servers instead of Spotify's. This allows us to collect accurate analytics data and serve dynamic ads from our platform.

It seems like a rather niche thing, but I do know that other hosting platforms have become part of this program so I'm hoping to find someone to speak to about this.
