My Question or Issue

  • I can't join a blend and my friend also can't join the blend I have shared. Evertime it shows (Something went wrong).

Thanks for reaching out. We'll be glad to help you get the Blend working so you can both share and enjoy your music together.

 

So that we can look into this in further detail, could you please elaborate a bit on the exact behaviour here? More specifically, please let us know the following:

  • What devices does this happen on? Is it only on specific devices or on all of them?
  • Does it happen with one Blend specifically on either of your accounts or any Blend? If you make a new Blend, does it happen as well?
  • How are you sharing the links? Does it happen regardless of how you send and receive them?

With this information, we’d be happy to investigate.
