Can't access DJ

I am an American Premium user. When I go into my music feed, the DJ card is not there.

I cannot go to a different genre etc. On AI DJ on my Android device as there is no DJ Button on the app. It's the most up to date version so it's not that

I've been trying to figure out how to access the AI DJ, and when I try to look for the music tags on the home screen to tap on it to access my DJ, it won't pop up for me. Is it because I need to listen to other stuff like podcasts and audiobooks or is there something wrong with my account?

I havent used spotify premium for some days and then when i came back to premium there is no canvas and dj

I have premium membership and Im still on my free trial. I cant find DJ anywhere and I live in the UK. It works perfectly fine on my boyfriends account who uses spotify premium. I dont understand why I cant use it. I'm also trying to use it on the computer and havent tried on anyone elses phone in my house.

Hi,

I am a premium user from Australia (and have been for years) and can not see the AI DJ feature on my device/account. I’ve done everything recommended to me to fix the issue but it’s still absent for me.

my app is running the latest version, I’ve logged out/in multiple times. Deleted and re-installed multiple times, cleared device caches and performed system restarts to no avail! All my colleagues and friends seem to have the feature so perhaps this is actually a bug and not an issue of the rollout?

I’ve gone to check other ways of finding the card yet it’s also not there (e.g Music -> Made for You -> AI DJ). I had access to the beta for a few days before it vanished seemingly to never return

has anyone else experienced this? A solution/fix/progress update would be much appreciated

Ok, So how do I do the opposite, how to turn it off completely, AI DJ card turned up in my premium home un-announced and dominates the screen on my phone, There is no obvious setting to turn it off / remove...
